Ask which people use which facilities
Separate public guests from vendors, setup crews and performers if their access differs. Ask the venue which permanent restrooms are actually included and when they remain open to your group.
Describe attendance over time, not only ticket totals. A single busy interval can create a different restroom demand from the same number of visitors arriving steadily through the day.
Connect the equipment with the event drawing
Place toilets, washing and any trailer on the same working layout as entrances and activity areas. Review accessible approaches and the effect of doors or waiting space on circulation.
Oakland Park’s event application includes a site plan and narrative. Check the current requirements with the city; a proposed equipment position does not amount to venue or permit approval.
Schedule the equipment stay separately
Give receiving and collection windows, including any time after the public event when the property must be cleared. Ask who will remain available to admit the final visit.
If the programme, audience or footprint changes, update the rental request before the arrangement is final. Keep the confirmed equipment, service scope and venue instructions in the organiser’s working brief.
