Mark the position and the approach
Show the proposed restroom area alongside entrances, parking and activities that affect access. Include the route users will take and enough context for the provider to review the actual model’s positioning needs.
Do not treat a sketch as permission. Have the property controller review the position and direct any public-space or event approval questions to the relevant authority. Oakland Park publishes parks and event resources for organisers.
Plan for more than the arrival
Delivery is one visit; servicing and collection may take place under different conditions. Note gates, occupied areas and supplier movements that could change the approach once the activity is underway.
If work phases or venue setup will move obstacles, explain that before a position is accepted. Avoid relocating equipment independently when the proposed change could affect access, stability or servicing.
Give each visit a responsible contact
Identify who can receive equipment, who manages routine use and who authorises collection. These can be different people, so keep their responsibilities clear in the accepted instructions.
An Oakland Park plan should describe uncertainty too. If permission, the final footprint or a removal window is still pending, label it accordingly and arrange a review before relying on the proposed setup.
