Ask who can authorise the setup
Identify the owner or manager responsible for the proposed location. Explain the temporary activity and which existing facilities its users are permitted to access.
Do not assume an unused driveway, lawn or shared edge is available for equipment. Have the position reviewed for permission and for the practical requirements of the proposed unit.
Explain access without disclosing private credentials
Give a usable entrance description and a contact who can admit delivery. Mention restrictions relevant to vehicle movement without placing gate passwords or unnecessary personal details in a public enquiry.
Discuss the surface and the route from the activity to the toilet. Include handwashing or wider access if required, rather than treating a compact property as a reason to omit those questions.
Plan the return visits
A private entrance may be accessible on arrival but locked during a later visit. Agree how servicing and collection can reach the equipment and who remains responsible for that access.
For a Lazy Lake request, send the address and timing directly. Availability and the accepted position require review; this page does not establish property permission or a separate office in the community.
