Establish the normal use pattern
Describe the people, days and operating hours that define a normal week. Explain why permanent facilities are unavailable and whether that situation is expected to change.
Give a likely duration without presenting an uncertain completion date as fixed. Ask how the rental period and any extension are confirmed so an open project does not become an assumed equipment commitment.
Protect continuity of service
Make the accepted access instructions available to the person managing the property. Gate procedures, storage and parking can change even when the restroom position remains the same.
Agree how supply, condition or demand concerns are reported. A different workforce or operating schedule may require review of the original equipment and servicing plan.
Treat changes and closure as instructions
Notify the business when contacts or dates change, and keep confirmed amendments together. Do not rely on a message passed informally through several people at the site.
When the Oakland Park need ends, coordinate collection and the remaining access responsibilities. Closing a project file or stopping an activity does not itself tell the provider when equipment can be removed.
